Holiday Craft Market - Nov 16
The North Delta Artisan & Gift Market & Sunshine Hills Elementary are once again joining up to host the Holiday Craft Market on Nov 16th, 10am-3pm. 11285 Bond Blvd., Delta
This fall will be the 5th holiday season since we started the Artisan group. In 2020, due to Covid there were no craft markets allowed so we went online. It’s grown from a few Artisans to 42, to over 2000 Facebook followers plus 880 on instagram. In 2021, they held their first ‘live’ market.
The group has had a community focus from the beginning holding 2 silent auctions the first year, one for Deltassist and one for the Fraser Valley flood victims. Since then they have hosted an annual silent auction every year jointly with the Sunshine Hills Community Group, each donating items. They have raised over $28,000 and this year it will be close to $10,000 again. They also pay more to be in this market with 90% of proceeds shared by the school and the North Delta Rotary backpack program.
They have a website www.ndartmarket.ca, have done 7 live performances (markets) and will be at Sunshine Hills elementary again on Nov 16th. We will be updating the website over the next month with event and vendor details.
